ATLANTA (July 11, 2024) – Sparq, a leading U.S.-based provider of outsourced digital engineering for technology driven and Fortune 1000 companies, has acquired Charlotte, N.C.-based Kingsmen Software and Seattle-based Amplify Consulting Partners. This marks the third acquisition over the past six months, boosting the company’s capabilities and ability to scale for its clients.
With this expansion, Sparq solidifies its leadership position in digital engineering, including artificial intelligence, data and analytics. Beyond the acquisitions of Kingsmen and Amplify, in February Sparq acquired Uruguay-based Octobot, which provides Sparq clients with a nearshore software delivery option to boost speed and scale.
