The paid social program lead for a global payments company had an overwhelming amount of requests and an unclear process of how to evaluate, prioritize, and execute these requests. They needed a partner with experience creating enterprise workflows to help them gain better insight into their data.
solution
To streamline our client’s requests, we utilized project management platform Asana. We started by documenting the entire cross-team process, which allowed us to identify each step that could be assigned to the requestor, giving the program lead time back in their day. We optimized multiple steps of their process to align with other team’s processes and systems. We then set up an Asana form and submission process for each new request, which gives the requestor and all other stakeholders an active checklist of their responsibilities. This new Asana team (which actions into a project and tasks) will assign all tasks to an individual, and will allow all stakeholders to view the live status of the campaign in the process.
