This limitation created a backlog of essential reports needed for tasks such as loan prospecting and risk assessments, making it difficult for our client to understand their customers and develop tailored products to meet their needs. Additionally, some departments were unable to access these reports, causing delays in business operations which led to a decline in customer satisfaction. The credit union also aimed to adopt AI tools within their database, but their current system couldn’t support the integration of these technologies. To address our client’s challenges, we began with an in-depth analysis of their existing architecture and conducted stakeholder interviews to determine the most suitable cloud platform for their needs. Based on our findings, we migrated their homegrown monolithic SQL database to a cloud-based Azure infrastructure. Leveraging AI-powered code development, we accelerated the migration process for maximum efficiency.
Following the migration, we rigorously tested and validated data sources, API integrations, and ELT processes to ensure system reliability. We then implemented source control and CI/CD processes, enabling multiple developers to collaborate within the same codebase. This significantly boosted their operational resilience.
Finally, to support the client’s transition, we provided comprehensive training, detailed documentation, and a clear roadmap for continued infrastructure migration and development. These measures ensured the client’s team was well-equipped to manage and expand their new system effectively.
