A nationwide transportation and logistics client was struggling with a legacy application they used to assess the creditworthiness of customers. Plagued by error-prone and time-consuming inefficiencies, the application’s challenges were adversely affecting our client’s employees and customers. In addition to frustrations over cumbersome processes, this application was essential for winning new business, so its inefficiencies meant that our client wasn’t able to realize revenue as quickly.

Additionally, it was becoming increasingly risky to use over time because its deprecated libraries meant that it couldn’t receive vital security updates. Scalability was yet another concern, so our client needed to modernize the application, not just for higher employee and customer satisfaction, but for faster time to revenue, as well. As a result of the discovery workshop that we had already completed with this client, they were confident in our ability to build a product that would drive results for them.
