Our client had a working platform that combines real-time customer data with dedicated workspaces and automation to maximize productivity, with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer success. The efficient functioning of the solution required many integrations and their team needed to speed up the development times to be able to meet their clients’ deadlines and deliver an outstanding user experience. Aside from the platform’s integrations, the solution has to be flexible to adapt to different clients’ needs, which adds complexity to the process. Our client needed a partner who could utilize nearshore expertise to ensure the platform would not only meet but exceed their customers’ expectations.

We got to work on the solution’s backend, with a stack of mainly Docker, NodeJS, TypeScript and React. Our main focus was expanding the solution’s integrations. Initially, they had the option to connect their platform with Gmail, Hubspot and Gong and wanted to add integrations with Google Calendar and Jira, among others. For the platform’s purposes, it was also crucial to work on optimizing integrations with data warehouses such as MySQL and BigQuery that could support users’ research and requests for data.
results
Our first goal was to implement the Jira integration, which we did and it had a big impact on the client’s business: it was a feature highly requested by the users and since offering it they increased the number of clients. This has also positioned them better and allowed them to compete with even bigger companies. Following Jira, we continued to collaborate with other integrations, adding more value to our client’s customer base. We’ve also contributed to improving the existing software, identifying risks and implementing long-term solutions. We are proud to have formed a partnership where the client trusts our team with technical decisions and appreciates the ownership our developers have with the project’s tasks.
