Tinkle identified that B2B cold email campaigns have less than a 5% reply rate and reached out to us with the idea of a solution that made a mass approach easier. Not having someone with an engineering background in their initial team, SendEngage needed a partner that could provide product-centered development services, but also a team that he could trust to prioritize and manage the tasks correctly to bring his vision to life. We assembled a team with skills from our development, design, SRE, Product Delivery and QA studios. The engagement started in a technical discovery process; the logic behind the platform’s massive size was built based on this initial research and the team’s desire to perfect it so the app can work smoothly. Our UX/UI professionals pitched in to design the right experience and define the startup brand by creating its logo, color palette and other details that feed both the application and its landing page.

A POWERFUL SOLUTION ABLE TO SEND 50K+ EMAILS A DAY

The solution has launched to its first users; it’s a solid platform that includes different integrations to be usable with different email providers, customizable campaigns creation tools, contact management features and a dashboard to easily visualize the campaigns’ performance. As soon as a potential lead is identified over the campaigns, the platform hands it off to a sales representative via CRM integration or by email, keeping the pipeline alive and in constant growth. We are currently exploring AI implementations to identify positive feelings toward the campaigns’ content faster and more accurately.
