Medify Health, a health technology company providing hyper personalized health services, has a unique platform that pairs patients with health coaches who empower them to achieve better health outcomes. Medify’s clients include medical practices and hospitals who use the digital platform to facilitate appointments between their patients and Medify’s health coaches; it then acts as a record of medical services so the patient’s insurance can be billed. Medify had specific business goals that they wanted to meet, so they were looking to enhance their platform so it could scale proportionately with their growth.

Leveraging the six pillars of an AWS Well Architected System, we enhanced the cloud footprint for Medify’s document storage and rendering system so that their digital product could scale exponentially as their business continues to grow. We used Amazon Elastic Container Service (ECS) on AWS Fargate to distribute the scaled-up workload where we introduced containerization for better capacity. Our expertise in technical strategy and digital product engineering helped us design a great solution for Medify.
