As a result, sometimes team members struggled to present the most relevant data during meetings, making stakeholder buy-in more difficult. 

Additionally, executives had to rely on manual processes to gather data and create visualizations, consuming valuable time and leaving the CEO without easy access to actionable insights. To create the most relevant data visualizations, our team began by gaining a deeper understanding of our client’s needs. We analyzed user stories to grasp the extent of manual work involved and identified the business questions they aimed to answer. Next, we consolidated and transformed their fragmented data sources into a centralized, secure, and scalable data warehouse. Using insights from user stories and existing reports, we built a robust central data reporting environment.

To enhance flexibility and efficiency, we implemented light data modeling, making commonly used entities and activities more modular, consistent, and extensible. This approach allowed our client to maintain agility without prematurely committing to a rigid enterprise data model, ensuring their data infrastructure was both practical and future-ready.
