In order to create better visualizations and more streamlined processes for our client, we rolled out a new Asana workflow to support tax management for 17 countries. We established an executive dashboard and governance process so achievement of compliance can be monitored live. We also mapped and clarified the assignee and responsible person for each of the tasks, resulting in a more efficient team structure.
